A shock sale announcement by my landlord led to a hasty quest to see if I could secure a mortgage. After a quick initial phone call a later appointment was booked in, this was on Saturday too! I highly recommend. 5***** My advice to anyone using the service – have all your documentation at hand and be able to send it promptly as this will help with your application being handled in a timely manner, especially if like me time was of the essence.
