Having had a very bad experience with the UK’s supposed leading mortgage broker, our confidence had taken a huge knock. We came across UK Moneyman during a search for an alternative. And what a find! From the first initial call to being allocated our advisor, Matt Collinson, the service has been second to none. Our path to home ownership hasn’t been smooth, but Matt and his colleague Anna Braithwaite, have been there every step of the way. Let’s not forget Megan and Molly who kept a watchful eye on the process too. Polite, helpful, knowledgeable, they know their stuff. They understand that not everyone’s circumstances are straightforward but that doesn’t faze them; they find a lender that’s the right fit for you. They do what they say they’re going to do and they keep you informed, which is rare these days. If you’re looking for down to earth, honest advice and proper customer service, look no further. When the time comes to look for a new deal, no prizes for guessing who’ll we’ll be contacting. Give them a try, you won’t regret it. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Being a first time buyer and not really knowing any process or what I need to do Mizna Coates was incredible at helping me sort my life insurance out. She was determined and diligent at trying to source a provider to give me critical illness insurance (unfortunately noone would provide me with this through no fault of Mizna). However, she managed to get me a really reasonable price for life insurance so I have peace of mind. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for protection insurance. She gave me regular emails, texts and calls to update me on where she was with the process and I couldn’t thank her enough for all the hard work she’s done.

Don’t know what I would have done without them. They have sorted my mortgage, life Insurance and home insurance. I had know idea were to start. Mizna is a total asset to the company. I feel like I have made a new friend in her & trust her Implicitly. Just just sorted my life insurance for a second time for me.
